The project involves the design of Integrated Mandal office complex where all the Government offices are consolidated into one location involving strategic planning and design considerations to optimise efficiency, accessibility and service delivery.
The design has clearly defined zones for different government departments (Revenue, agriculture, education etc.) and shared facilities such as meeting and conference halls to promote synergy and cost effectiveness among departments.
These complexes are designed in 7 different mandals - Markook, Mulugu, Jagdevpur, Kondapak, Toopran, Wargal, Manoharbad
The IMOC building configuration comprising Ground +1 structure with a built-up area ranging from 19000 sft – 32570 sft are located on site strategically to ensure accessibility and functionality.
The building is well integrated with Greenery and Landscaping around to create harmonious balance between built and open spaces.
The Elevation is designed drawing inspiration from Warangal thoranam and Earthy tones such as Terracotta, beige etc. blending traditional Telangana architecture features with contemporary design to create visually compelling and cultural significant complex.
