Ar. Shiva Leelanand is the Founder and Principal of Matrix Consultants. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from JNTU, Hyderabad along with a Postgraduate Degree in Urban Design from CEPT, Ahmedabad.
Dealing with the built environment has been his forte, and for the past 30+ years. He has been excelling in handling a number of multi-dimensional projects in Architecture. He is captivated in designing for diverse user groups on Urban scale. For him, conceptualizing, dealing with challenging sites, and addressing complexities take a keen interest.

Architect - Town Planner
Ar. Devanand K.S. is the Chief Architect at Matrix Consultants. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from JNTU, Hyderabad, and a Master's Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from CEPT, Ahmedabad.
He is a seasoned architect and urban planner with 30+ years of experience, specializing in multi-functional projects across residential, commercial, healthcare, hospitality, and infrastructure sectors. A detail-oriented designer, he integrates historical architectural styles with modern design. He has won several architectural competitions and contributed to projects funded by the Asian Development Bank and World Bank. Beyond architecture, he is a passionate painter, bringing creativity and precision to every project.
